Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online return portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original MOFT packaging, ensuring all adhesive strips and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.

  Ship It Back

  Print the provided prepaid shipping label and drop your package off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of your request.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return for damage, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
